By accessing or using PF Create, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By using PF Create, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
PF Create is licensed for lawful, personal, and commercial use in accordance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. You may use PF Create to generate images, publish content, and automate workflows for yourself or on behalf of clients.

PF Create facilitates connections to third-party AI providers (Google, OpenAI, Together AI, Perplexity). You are responsible for complying with those providers’ terms of service and for all costs incurred through your API keys. PF Create is not responsible for third-party provider outages, pricing changes, or policy changes.
Subscription fees (if applicable) are billed in advance. Usage-based fees (via your own API keys) are billed directly by third-party providers. PF Create does not mark up or resell third-party API usage. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy.
You retain ownership of content you create using PF Create, subject to the licences of the underlying AI models and reference library assets. PF Create retains ownership of its platform, code, and infrastructure. See our Image Licence Reference for details on reference library image licences.
PF Create is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeeperFrog AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of PF Create, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of PF Create after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
