This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules governing use of PF Create and the images and content generated through it. By using PF Create, you agree to this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service.

Exercise caution when generating content depicting real, identifiable individuals. You are responsible for ensuring such use complies with applicable privacy, defamation, and personality rights laws. Do not generate content that misrepresents a real person’s views, actions, or likeness in a damaging or deceptive way.
Do not use PF Create to generate content that intentionally reproduces or infringes third-party copyrighted works, trademarks, or other intellectual property. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable IP laws.
Images in the PF Create reference library are sourced from public domain, Creative Commons, and open-licence datasets. Each image carries a specific licence. You must comply with the licence terms for any reference image you use. See our Image Licence Reference for full details.
PF Create enforces rate limits to ensure fair access for all users. Automated bulk generation beyond your plan limits, or any attempt to circumvent rate limiting, is prohibited. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your API keys. Do not share your PF Create API key (pfk_…) publicly or embed it in client-side code. If your key is compromised, regenerate it immediately from your account settings.
Violations of this AUP may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund. Serious violations (CSAM, violence incitement) will be reported to relevant authorities. We reserve the right to review generated content where we have reasonable suspicion of a violation.
