1. Who We Are

PeeperFrog AI Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates PF Create, an AI-powered MCP server platform available at pfcreate.ca and user.pfcreate.ca. We are incorporated in Ontario, Canada.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

• Email address and password (hashed)
• Name (optional)
• Payment information (processed by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers)

Usage Data

• API requests made through your account (type, timestamp, model used)
• Images generated (stored in your personal library)
• Files you upload to PF Create storage (user-data/)
• WordPress sites you connect to PF Create

Technical Data

• IP address and browser/client user agent
• Session tokens and API keys (keys are stored hashed)
• Error logs (anonymised where possible)

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the PF Create platform
• To authenticate your account and API requests
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To send transactional emails (account creation, password reset, billing)
• To monitor platform health and debug issues
• To detect and prevent abuse and policy violations
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Third-Party Providers

Your API requests are routed to third-party AI providers (Google, OpenAI, Together AI, Perplexity) using API keys you provide. We do not store the content of your prompts or generated outputs on third-party provider servers beyond what is required for the API call. Each provider has its own privacy policy governing their data handling.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers located in Canada and/or the United States. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. API keys are stored in hashed form and are never logged in plaintext.

6. Data Retention

• Account data: retained while your account is active and for 90 days after deletion
• Generated images: retained until you delete them or close your account
• API request logs: retained for 90 days for debugging and abuse detection
• Payment records: retained for 7 years as required by Canadian tax law

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, request deletion of, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Children

PF Create is not intended for users under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact [email protected].

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of PF Create after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
